We’re thrilled here to announce the release of one of our projects: Miele Gallery Caplan’s.
We collaborated on this project with our dear friends down in Philadelphia, Red Tettemer. RT knocked it out of the park here and delivered superb creative (as usual).
On our side of the border, lead developer Phil Chertok here at A51 developed the super smooth Papervision 3D environment and did a great job overall.
If you’re in the Toronto area, take the time to visit the Gallery – there simply aren’t many retail stores like it. Whether you’re looking for appliances or not, the Miele Gallery Caplan’s is a unique showroom experience that will show you the future of retail space. Not only is it designed beautifully, but it’s adorned with all the latest technology to allow clients, designers and architects to experience Miele appliances first hand.
With a fully functional kitchen and chef to boot, it’s well worth the visit. Staff even have tablet PCs so they are not chained to a workstation for information. They can control LCD displays and program a welcome message and menu for you if you’ve booked an appointment. Even the climate control system is hooked up!

WOW..looks great.
But I found a bug the kitchen in the back on the leftside doesn’t seem to haven a module attached to it. The loader keeps spinning but nothing happens.
When i pressed on another kitchen when the loader was still spinning the web app crashed.
But for the rest dammmm…..

Hey DJ, thanks for the compliments! We just checked the site and tried to reproduce the bug, but to no avail. Everything seems to work just fine on our end. Can you give us some more info on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing (OS, player version, etc)?
